[Immune Defense]

Extremely fun and surprisingly educational.
I really liked the very niche setting and how the game oozes with love and care for biology/medicine. I can imagine you put in some time to research how it works...and then how to make it fun!
Also loved the huge variety between the two levels.
I only struggled with understanding Q/E (why shift) and got overrun from time to time.
